New Features - February 2001

Welcome to the new revamped financial portal for the Middle East and North Africa. We have overhauled both presentation and navigation to give you a more pleasurable experience.

Navigation has been simplified and you no longer have to register to have access to our regional and local news, updated every five minutes. In addition, we now have a Quick find window, which now gives you direct access to over 750 companies in the Middle East and North Africa. As before, you will find daily update of share prices for the main companies listed in the Middle East and North Africa, including daily volumes of trades and Price Earning ratios, all shown as graphs. Our main information window still shows the major indices for the markets selected.

As a response to many of you who found our registration screen too difficult, the process for new users has also been simplified. Those of you who display the prayers time for your current location can now find the location selector at the bottom of your account page, as it is no longer set during registration.

A great addition to our financial portal is the ability to participate in forums and comment on any aspect of a company. You will find the functionality at the bottom of any company’s page (below the graphs). Direct access is via the “Bulletin” tab.

We thank again those who have been kind enough to provide the latest accounts and information for their respective companies detailed on our website.
